Accessibility statement.

New Level Investment RE Corp (Florida real estate license CQ1068723) is committed to making this website usable by everyone, including people with visual, hearing, motor or cognitive disabilities. Housing is not a place where a design choice should be allowed to shut someone out.

We treat accessibility as part of building the site, not as a box ticked at the end. It is checked when a page is built, and again when a page changes.

We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA, published by the W3C. That is the standard referenced by the Americans with Disabilities Act guidance and by fair housing practice, and it is the bar we hold ourselves to.

We assess conformance by internal review — keyboard-only passes, screen reader spot checks, contrast measurement against the tokens in our design system, and automated checks — rather than by a third-party audit. We have not yet commissioned an independent audit. When we do, we will publish the result here.

This statement describes a partial conformance claim: most of the site meets Level AA today, and the gaps we know about are listed below rather than quietly left out.

• Colour and contrast: our body text, muted text and gold text were each chosen to clear WCAG AA contrast on the dark background — the muted and gold text tones both measure about 10.9:1. Colour is never the only way information is conveyed.
• Keyboard: every link, button, form field, menu and accordion can be reached and operated with a keyboard alone, and focused elements show a visible gold focus ring against both the dark and the light sections.
• Structure: pages use real landmarks and a single, ordered heading hierarchy, so a screen reader user can jump between sections instead of reading everything. A skip-to-content link is the first thing in the tab order on every page.
• Works without JavaScript: the navigation menu on phones and the FAQ accordions are built from native HTML disclosure elements, so they still open if scripts fail.
• Motion: every animation on the site — scroll-linked reveals, parallax, the gold foil on our mark — is switched off automatically when your device asks for reduced motion.
• Touch targets: interactive controls are sized for a finger, with buttons at a comfortable minimum height and generous spacing on small screens.
• Forms: every field has a visible label, errors are announced in text next to the field that caused them rather than by colour alone, and nothing times out while you fill it in.
• Text and zoom: type is set in relative units and the layout reflows to 320px, so you can zoom to 200% or larger without losing content or scrolling sideways.
• Images: meaningful images carry descriptive alternative text, and purely decorative artwork — oversized watermark words, background textures — is hidden from assistive technology so it does not add noise.
• Long legal pages like this one have an in-page table of contents, a readable line length and generous line spacing.

We would rather name these than let you discover them. We are working on each one.

The interactive territory map

The map is drawn on a canvas, and its shapes are not exposed to screen readers. The place buttons beside it are fully keyboard-accessible, and every city we serve is listed as plain text in the “Areas we serve” section of each service page, so no information exists only inside the map.

Third-party and inherited content

Map tiles, and property data from the MLS once that feed is connected, come from providers whose output we do not control. We will raise accessibility problems with them and, where we can, provide the same information another way.

Photography and video

Our property and scene photography has alternative text, but we have not yet written long descriptions for complex images, and any video we add will need captions and a transcript before it goes live.

Documents

Any PDF or document we send you individually has not been through an accessibility review. Ask us and we will send the same content as plain text, large print or email.

If any part of this site stops you doing something — a control you cannot reach, text you cannot read, a form you cannot complete — please tell us. It is the fastest way for us to fix it, and we treat it as a bug, not a complaint.
